Our Work
Stakeholder Engagement
Laing O'Rourke
The Stable Group has counselled Laing O'Rourke on its relationship to Defence stakeholders, as well as assisted its relationships regionally along its Inland Rail routes, including Albury to Wagga Wagga, and Albury to Parkes.
Manpower Group
The Stable has worked cooperatively with Manpower to tackle roadblocks with recruitment and transition, as well as provide advisory services at the highest levels.
PCYC Wagga Wagga
Together, The Stable and PCYC Wagga Wagga have improved the services of their local club. The new building required some stakeholder engagement to reach its potential. A series of workshops with local youth, parents, teachers and other stakeholders, revealed some key perspectives, assisting PCYC Wagga Wagga in tailoring their services to the needs of the community.
Consulting
Bega Valley Shire Council
The Stable Group has assisted Bega Valley Shire Council with their grant application to the National Water Grid.
Atom Consulting
The Stable Group assisted Atom Consulting in developing an assurance program for pavements for the Greater Sydney Roads Assets of Transport for NSW. The Stable's engineers were essential to this project in ensuring that the proposed pavement solution was safe and effective.
Canberra Region Joint Organisation
The project saw The Stable assist CRJO to craft a business case for their economic development project. The circular economy strategy provided a framework to design out waste and pollution, maximise value from resources using closed-loop systems, and regenerate natural systems. The benefits of the strategy ranged from the economic to the environmental, and of course, could benefit the region socially as well.

Port of Newcastle
Port of Newcastle saw a logistical limitation in the way that goods were transported around Australia. They engaged The Stable to help them take this solution to higher ground. The Stable championed Port of Newcastle's new infrastructure-based solutions on all fronts.
Marathon Health
Marathon Health engaged The Stable Group to provide guidance to the CEO on the acquisition of a new site and re-development of that site. The Stable's property and real estate experts were essential to this project's success.
Gloucester Worimi First Peoples Aboriginal Council
The Mara Wakulda "Come Together" Project required some feasibility research to be undertaken, along with a business plan for the native nursery, and a site acquisition strategy. The Stable worked closely with Gloucester Worimi First Peoples to conduct pre-construction studies and write a business case.
