Orana Hunter Connections and Beyond - Golden Highway Transport Study Project
Welcome to the Golden Highway Transport Study Project, a collaboration between The Stable Group and Regional Development Australia – Orana. The aim of the project is to develop a business case for transport solutions between Newcastle and Narromine, NSW, across the 300km Golden Highway corridor. This project is key to regional growth, focusing on road, rail, and air solutions.
By 2033, our vision is to transform this corridor into a dynamic conduit for trade and quality of life, driving innovation in sustainable transport and logistics. Our objectives include streamlining freight transport, fostering regional growth through dynamic precincts, expanding airport and defence capabilities, and boosting connectivity and safety.
